SOOC:
This needed a lot of fixing. After cropping and fixing the exposure to my own taste (in pse8 bc investing in LR3 would be awesome but unnecessary in my situation), I also ran noiseware, because adding more light to a photo in processing almost always creates noise.
Once I was done with that, I brought the photo back into pse8 and had some fun.
