Dinner and a show

Have you ever heard of Capone's? No, not Al Capone. Capone's. It's a dinner theatre in Orlando, like Medieval Times. Only it's 1920's themed. (Duh.) It's not quite the same caliber as MT, but it's fun nonetheless.

That's where we had dinner on our fifth day on Orlando. It was another gorgeous day, so we had spent a great deal of time at the pool. This is when I finally crossed the line between tan and burnt, even WITH sunscreen. I then spent the rest of vacation either covered by clothing or hiding in the shade.

Here are some photos from Capone's. Not the best quality. The lighting was abysmal, and the angle that I was shooting at didn't really allow me to capture the best view of the action.

The basic premise of the story is this: See the platinum blonde in the first 3 photos? See the skinny white guy in the second photo? They just got married. She has 2 sisters that have just come into town, while he's got a gangster coming after him. They are both a little ... dense. But don't worry, there's a happy ending.

That looks like so much fun. I love going to crap like that. Do they take kindly to hecklers? I've been known to hassle the talent.

Leigh, actually, they loved it! They did one bit in which 2 guys up on stage went back and forth with various audience members for about 20 minutes. And the servers even egg on the audience to create more comedy.
