Texture Tuesday - Sweet Treat & Silence

For Kim Klassen's Texture challenge today, we had to use 2 of her textures - sweet treat and silence. I used a photo that I quickly shot of these 2 birds that visited my porch the other day. I think they are turtle doves.



I desaturated the sweet treat texture. Here are my layers:

I am also entering the above photo into the M4H Challenge, because the theme is Inspire. Blue skies inspire me to be creative, whether it is with photography, photo editing, writing, painting, etc. I just love blue skies!
