RAW(e) - Crayons

Another challenge/meme = RAW(e).

The RAW stands for just that, raw photos. Completely untouched and unedited. I'm a pro at that, because I only started really editing photos recently. (Although I did do it alot back in college.) So I really don't mind leaving it "as is," or virgin.
And the (e) stands for emotion.

The theme this week was crayons. I bought myself some at the campus bookstore. And had a little photoshoot last night. It was fun.

RAW(e) is hosted by Sailor & Co.

Thanks! I had several pictures of the crayons scattered randomly, but this just reminds me so much of childhood. I mean, how much fun was building cages out of crayons?!

I really like the vibrant color you got without editting. You must nail color balance every time. That is something I'm still working on.

Thanks for your kind words today on my blog. :) I'm going to stalk you now - I love photography.

I love your picture. Looks like you had a fun doing this challenge. :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Thanks to Sephysmomma and Ellemes for stopping by! :) I love new visitors, and "stalkers," too!

Ellemes, vibrant colors are something I strive for. If I'm shooting still life (vs moving objects aka people), I take several shots of each angle so I can open them on my computer to closer examine them and find the ones that look the best.

I am sitting here, it's after midnight, and I'm trying to figure out how ON EARTH you got the crayons to stay like that! Too much thinking for this late!

Seriously! Wow. What a great job! I love creative people. What a fabulous picture.

I don't know why they stayed like that - the crayons must have been having just as much as fun as I was! :)

Thanks! If you think my shot was creative, you should go to Sami's blog to see the winner's photo! She melted her crayons with a hairdryer for a really cool effect.
